Yay I did it! ... And now what?

Hello Redditors,

I want to share my story of weightloss and maybe receive a few good tips in exchange.
I started 100 days ago, and boy it has been a great journey! On the 1st March, I was heavier than ever. My body was an unpleasant blob of fat, and I finally decided to make a change. BMI calculator was telling me I've had obesity type II. So how do I loose weight? Never done this before. I've been searching for the tips online and decided to completely change my eating habits. Three weeks in, I started to jog four times a week. As the time went by, I felt better and better. My weight dropped every time I stepped on the scales.
About a week and half ago, I reached my original goal - normal BMI, losing 53 lbs. I was super excited. But I realized that I can't switch back to the old habits. I started eating a little more and also began with some workout at home. To this day, I've lost more than 55 lbs.
But what should I do now? I don't mind losing a few more lbs, because there's still plenty of fat on my belly, legs and chest. I'm afraid to eat more. The fear of being overweight again really stops me from thinking about cakes, fried food or just a regular bread or cheese. I would like to gain some muscle, but I'm not sure how to do it properly. I'm counting my calorie intake and macros and I still have calorie deficit every single day. During the weightloss process, I started to eat more vegetarian and vegan meals like soy, salads and tofu. I really like them, but when I have a "vegan day" I eat waaay too little proteins. So now I'm still on calorie deficit, working out three times a week hoping it can get me to leaner and more muscular body. Feel free to share your ideas and experiences on how to maintain a healthy weight and maybe building some muscle!
