Working out and dieting

I have been lurking for a long time, but rarely say anything. I decided to make my first post here. I have gone from 369 lbs in August of 2019, to 310 lbs as of today.

When I first started, I could barely walk for 10 minutes straight. My world would spin, I'd sweat profusely, it felt like I was blacking out, and I would feel nauseous.

I found what is working quite well for me is limiting my sodium to 1500mg, my sugar to 35g (not including whole fruits), and being responsible with my calories and fat. I do allow myself 1 cheat meal a week.

Unlike a lot of people here, I am still too ashamed to take a photo with my shirt off, or include a picture my face is in. My goal is to eventually reach about 200lbs. I hope my journey may inspire some of the other lurkers out there.
