Why the heck am I not losing weight?! I am in calorie deficit, I weigh and record everything I eat, I make myself really healthy recipes with lots of fruits and vegetables, however this is the end of second week of my weight-loss journey and for the whole week I was on the same number. I know I shouldn’t be so focused on the weight and I have hid the scales from myself, but it’s just so frustrating... I don’t workout yet, so I’m definitely not gaining muscles, but it has never been so hard for me to lose weight. I have no idea why and how is this happening because I am eating 1300 calories per day and it might be water that’s causing it, but still.. For so long? With every day I just get less and less motivated..
