Why am I gaining weight instead of losing it?

Hi everyone, long time lurker first time poster here. I know this may be a silly question but I'm getting paranoid. I am a 25F, 1.70m, started at 73kg in February, got to 65.8kg two days ago. I have achieved this by reducing carbohydrates, counting my calories (1000 a day) through the Cronometer app, doing IF, and exercising almost daily. Now, two days ago I was 65.8. Yesterday I was 66.5. Today 67.5. I honestly have no idea how this is happening. I stayed within my caloric limit, and while I didn't go to the gym I did go for long walks both days. So why is the scale going up so dramatically? Throughout these 4 months there have been days when I gained rather than losing, obviously, but never for two days in a row, and never more than half a kilo at a time. Am I doing something wrong? I would also like to note (sorry if that's TMI), that I tend to suffer from constipation, yet I regularly went to the loo both yesterday and today so it can't be that. Also, I tend to have very irregular periods, thanks to the contraceptive implant, and I might be getting my period today (after just one week). This could contribute to my feeling bloated, but I still think it doesn't account for a kilo a day. Sorry for the long post and hope some of you can help me figure out how to turn this around!
