Trying to lose weight in summer is hard

I'm uncomfortable!

May I vent??

I am 5'6" 173 lbs.

I just started a diet and have stuck to it for a week and lost 5 lbs.

But the temps went from 70s to 90s this week and I'm really uncomfortable.

I gained a lot of weight last year going through a divorce, stress eating and going through med changes (I was on ADHD meds and went off of them - and had several rounds of Prednisone! Straight off an appetite suppressant to an appetite stimulant ... I gained 45 lbs!)

I'm really grateful to get to work remotely right now with everything going on so I can wear whatever and sit by the AC lol.

It's just frustrating.

Thanks for listening!
