Took 3-4 years to eventually cut 90lbs (pic included)

Hit my highest weight in 2016 (227lbs or 103kgs). Decided to make a change so got a FitBit and 6 days a week every single week since I have jogged 15,000 steps. I knew food intake was going to be just as important, so I cut out needless snacking, switched milk to no fat and generally made some better meal choices without going overboard because I do love the occasional fast food and will treat myself usually once a week. I have lost a fair bit of muscle mass over the last few years while trimming down. I could probably do with adding a bit of muscle on, but tbh it's not a huge priority as most importantly I'm feeling fantastic these days.
