Starting to lose weight today.
I’ve been overweight since about 9 years old and haven’t been able to turn it around although I’ve tried. I’ve been made fun of a lot because of my weight and I get “bean-dipped” a lot. I do exercise sometimes, but I haven’t done it too much lately. The main exercise I do is lifting weights. I was just wondering what should I do to lose weight? I’m 14, 225lbs, 5” 10’, male, and am probably gonna gain the weight back because I quit keto. I will definitely start exercising more and I heard that a 1500 calorie diet works good.I don’t know if there is any other way to lose weight and if you guys have any pointers. Thank you!
