I’ve always struggled with my weight both with being over and underweight. I was overweight throughout school my whole life until I was 17 and managed to lose 4 stone in a year. I was so proud of myself for this but took it a bit too far and became underweight.
Around this time I got with my girlfriend and she helped me to become a healthy weight again before mental health struggles lead to me gaining the 4 stone back on plus an extra 2 stone.
I went from 14 stone - 10 stone - 16 stone
Well recently I have started eaten less bad food and drinking more water as well as starting running and using a skipping rope and I’ve managed to go back to my original weight of 14 stone!
My goal is to hit my ideal weight of around 12.5 stone and then work on maintaining that weight. Maintaining weight has always been my biggest struggle but I now feel I have the confidence to achieve it.
I’m proud of myself.
