Proud of Myself: Cravings Have Changed

Pre-COVID my diet SUCKED. I was doing OMAD/IF but I would eat whatever I wanted. Mostly carbs, cheese and sugar. Im really proud of myself. In the past three months i have slowly started incorporating vegetables and protein into my diet. I still eat carbs, but I never make it the main thing I eat at meals anymore. I now crave healthy foods, which is something that has never EVER happened to me before.

Now I am more in tune with my body. Whenever I’m feeling weak, I can usually identify that I’m thirsty or in need of some protein. Before if I felt thirsty, I would think I was hungry and overreact 🥶🥶🥶🥶

When you grew up in a household where no one really cooked and it was mostly dairy and carbs in the kitchen, it’s very hard to re-train your pállate. It’s possible guys, just don’t give up. Consistency is key even if you do mess up and fluctuate in weight.
