News that's maybe too good to be true

Edited to add stats: F24 5'6" CW: 146

First off, I want to commend whoever wrote the FAQs for this sub because it encouraged me to try CICO. Before this, every time I tried CICO I found logging very stressful and felt a lot of guilt for everything I ate. I always gave it up because I ended up gaining weight. But not this time!

However, my joy has turned into suspicion because I have been losing twice as much weight as predicted since starting CICO. I've been on a 1200 cal diet because long workdays have kept me more sedentary than usual, burning about 1600 per day according to Google Fit. But instead of losing 0.8 lb/week, I'm consistently losing 1.6 lb/week for 4 weeks now, not including the initial big drop due to water weight in the very beginning.

I know it's below the 2 lb rule of thumb but it's the mathematical mismatch that concerns me. What if my TDEE drops dramatically because I made a miscalculation? Has anyone experienced something like this? Should I just bask in my luck?
