If anyone has advice!

(18/F, 5'6, SW:200, CW:139, GW:130 - 125) Hi!!! so over the last 6 months I have lost quite a bit of weight through calorie counting. one of the biggest mistakes I have made is starting off with a diet way too low in calories (<1100), however, I have kept this steadily for the last couple of months and a few months ago I began to weigh every food I ate as well as calculate how much protein I am getting (aiming for 1g per 1lb). I still have more weight I want to lose, but I am starting to feel consumed by thinking about what I am eating all the time. I want to make the switch to stop using calorie trackers, but I also know that I would eat much less than I currently am if I stopped weighing my food because I am scared to gain the weight back. I also am worried about the fact that I have kept a low-calorie diet for so long, I don't know how to work the number of calories I can consume up. I am just miserable with thinking about food all the time and having to consume so much protein I don't know what to do. but at the same time, I still really want to lose the last ten pounds. if anyone has any advice I would really really appreciate it as I am just so confused and stuck right now <3

also if this makes no sense pls lmk and I will try my best to clarify lol
