Last week i posted on here that i completed 4 runs and i felt so proud of myself! But this week i ran 5 times!! i covered 30km this june so far! i’d never thought i would run this much in just 2 weeks. running is slowly becoming a routine for me. i would run 3-4km in evenings and very light jog/walk another 3km after dinner.
i just need to remind myself to take rest days and fuel myself properly because i want to lose weight too! i was plateauing at 60-61kg for around 8months but recently it was hovering more towards 61-62! I lost around 1kg so far (60.5kg+- water weight) and i hope to get below 58kg (with the help of CICO too :)) thanks for reading! I hope everyone is doing well, eating and exercising healthy :)
