I've been off work the last week with bad flu symptoms (I got tested for COVID and am negative) but I've been spending my days in bad or on the toilet and really been feeling like crap about myself. I'm about 285 pounds and have gained back all the weight I lost a year ago from just being lazy and letting my depression win again. I did the best thing I could think of doing, I booked a trip to Cuba for November. I invited all my best friends and a couple have already confirmed. I'm the kind of person who needs motivation and a light at the end of the tunnel. I've got some pretty lofty goals at about 3-4 pounds per week. I work in construction and have a home gym so it's very realistic while also doing it healthy. Anyway wish me luck friends, I start on Monday and cannot wait.
