May 22 I decided I wanted to make some changes and get healthy... for like the fiftieth time im my life it seems. So far it's going super well, better than it ever has in the past with anything I've tried.
I wake up at 5am, go on the treadmill for at least 40 minutes, sometimes longer depending on how I feel.
I'm also doing IF, eating window between noon and 8pm (I do drink cold brew between my workout and lunch because I read thats okay...right?). During that window, I'm not eating a lot. I haven't been snacking much at all, if I feel hungry between lunch and dinner I'll have a larabar or Rxbar or something like that. I found that I haven't really even been craving snacks or junk lately which I really just can't believe because I have struggled with binge eating my whole entire life. Right before I started this all, I ordered a big tub of laffy taffy from amazon. It arrived the day before all this started, I had five pieces, and I have barely even thought about it since then. It's still sitting under my desk but hasn't been touched in twelve days.
Lunch is usually a sandwich and an apple, or leftovers from the night before. Dinner is different every night as my parents and I are doing home chef.
I'm drinking water throughout the day, 40ish ounces, sometimes more, sometimes less.
I'm usually under my calories that myfitnesspal has set for me. So I'm eating 1500 calories or less a day, then burn whatever on the treadmill. I just want to make sure that what I'm doing is sustainable? Is it just as long as I'm feeling good then this is good? I don't want to burnout.
I forgot to weigh myself on May 22 when I started this. May 28 I was 275.7
