I didn't lose weight during my first week... :(
Hi guys. I hope everyone's doing great! It's my first time here. I've been dieting for a week and did not lose any weight.... is this normal? What am I doing wrong?
I'm on a low carb high protein diet... I ate the following everyday for 6 days (and today's the 7th)
Breakfast: 2 slices of cheddar cheese & on brown toast
Lunch: One chicken breast, salad (containing lettuce, cucumber, tomato), three tbsp of rice.
Dinner: two small yoghurts
What am I doing wrong? I don't think this is a lot of calories either! It's my first week. I understand progress takes time and I'm willing to put in the time and effort but I don't understand if I'm doing something wrong or not. For week two (starting tomorrow), I plan on cutting off the rice during lunch for that second week.
