How much can I do for my overall fitness in a month and a half?

I've stopped and started my diet nearly every day during quarantine, like most of you I'm sure. Things are starting to go back to normal where I am, and I need to really bunker down and get this weight off my body. For reference, I'm 5'6, a woman, and 237 pounds, which is my highest in a couple of years. I'm typically an active person despite my weight, but that's slowed down due to this situation. Gyms are closed, the weather here gets really cold, and my apartment is extremely small. It was a perfect storm to gain about 15 pounds. I'm going to lose this weight this time. I owe to to myself and the people who care about me. I'm not dying from obesity at 25, like I feel like I'm on track to do.

The summer is my favorite season. Between hiking, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, etc, I love to be active in the summer, but I'm the most out of shape I've ever been. I have a hiking trip planned for mid/late next month, and was just curious how much I can get done for my fitness between now and then. I know a lot of weight won't come off, but I'm hoping I can be fit enough to do my hikes again. Doing a five mile walk yesterday almost destroyed my legs, not to mention the thigh chub rub ):

Any tips, advice, or inspiration?
