Honestly happy

Hi guys. On March 31, I decided to change my lifestyle and start losing weight. I couldn't weigh myself cause I didn't have a scale, so I bought one. I found a workout on YouTube and followed it every morning before work. The scale came last Monday and I weighed in at 188.2 pounds. I worked out and since March 31, I have lowered the amount of food I ate. I used to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner and alot of snacks in between. But I stopped and ate only very small portions. I have never drank this much water and I honestly feel better. Today, I weighed in at 180.2 pounds. I lost 8 pounds in a week. I don't think I have been this happy about my weight in a loooong time. And I'm going to continue this journey. Just wanted to share. I'm just curious how much I weighed when I first started back in the beginning of the month lol
