Help! I’m torn between maintaining and losing more weight. BMI is considered healthy ATM

I (24f) have lost 66 lbs in the within 11 months ( 5’5.5” 210 lbs to 144lbs). I ultimately want to lose more weight however it feels like my mind/body is tired of being in a calorie deficit. Every time I try to eat at my maintenance calories the past month I seem to go over, sometimes by a lot, sometimes by a little bit. I feel like I’m letting myself down by not sticking to a deficit. I’ve tried a couple of times to go back to lowering how many calories I’m consuming however I can’t seem to keep up a routine anymore.

I think it would be best to listen to my body and at the very least eat at maintenance but I’m having such a hard time. In anyone else’s experience should I just try to push through and keep at a deficit? If not, tips for sticking at maintenance?

Any tips would be greatly appreciated!!
