First time actually posting to this sub. Hoping for the best

(M30) been on plenty of diets before and used to love going to the gym. Have been overweight almost my whole life and have been in the obese category for a few years. I used to be really depressed and never cared about my body.

Life is good now. I got through a lot of trauma and actually went from a hopeless case to a prime example of having your life in order. The weight has been the last part.

My wife has inspired me to go more plant based food. I gotta say, it’s been pretty good. I have had so much luck finding good cookbooks to make unlimited veggie dishes that leave me feeling stuffed and ready to workout. I don’t miss anything and feel great.

It looks like I can just do this long term and lose all the weight I need. I hope everyone has been having good persistence and great recipes. What are some of your favorite cookbooks (in general. Doesn’t have to be plant based)?
