Day 2 of movement- but how do I stop the pain?

Hey loseit community,

I'm on day 2 of doing my best, which means CICO for me. I started an after-dinner walk routine with my husband who is super supportive. I am a 6 ft, 377 lbs F and I want to walk further than 1.3 miles, but I have soooo much lower back pain when I walk (along with very sore feet.) Does anyone have any recommendations on how to ease pain that enough to be able to walk further? I cant afford a membership to a pool or gym to be able to do low impact stuff (since covid got me fired.) So I need to figure out how to make walking work for now. To those who came before me who were in my shoes, how did you deal? Or do you have any recommendations for low-impact excersizes I can do at home that wont put too much pressure on my back or feet?
