I’m new to OMAD and Keto. Although my keto has been irregular, my OMAD is pretty on point.
Only one thing I am not sure about and that is if I had a scheduled cheat day or not. So far I do schedule Saturday as my cheat day, and generally I eat at subway.
The whole meal doesn’t surpass my daily calorie intake and is still OMAD, but I consider it cheating since I eat bread and drink soda.
To have in my mind that that is my cheat meal makes things much easier; it also makes me stick to my Keto OMAD during the week.
Do you guys agree in setting a cheat meal/day or do you think that is inherently bad?
