I have been losing weight and getting in a better headspace this year (especially since quarantine). Turns out all I really needed to work on was discipline. I am especially trying to get A LOT better at this discipline and goal implementation thing because I will be starting the last year of my college this Fall and with the conditions this year, everyone needs to put their best foot forward to truly achieve all the goals they set out to accomplish. So let's be accountable about our schedules together! Let's use those 24 hours productively to schedule our workouts, eat right, target our life goals and transform our lives!
