I had a solid first week on my diet I was hitting my goal calories. Then since yesterday things have been going badly. I think the problem was yesterday I under ate so I went and binged. Today has only just started but Im going to my dads who’s got an Easter egg to give me and he wants a takeaway (I will TRY and make a healthy choice). Tomorrow I don’t know what we’re doing. Sunday we’re going to my girlfriends parents who are feeders and we’re having a roast and they also got me an Easter egg. I just feel gutted that I’ve slipped up already and I’m worried that this sort of thing will happen too often. Like I do a lot of socialising around food and I want to be able to just suck it up and either make a healthy choice or if I do slip up let it not effect my motivation. Any advice on this?
