I finally got myself disciplined to really diet and workout. Last year, I tried working out, but I just couldn’t resist crisps and other unhealthy food. Now I finally can and the results: -5,8kg (12,8lbs) in a week. I’m making sure I have at least 10.000 steps everyday, by walking ~5KM every evening and I also started strength training again (3x a week). I’m also eating a lot healthier, I swapped my crisps for cucumber with some herbs and spices and I’m eating strawberries or watermelon when I feel like I want to eat something sweet. I also drink a lot of water and some Coca Cola Zero (or other sodas with 0 calories). I’m also counting my calories on the Lifesum app, which really helps. I love that I can finally see results: my legs are a little less fat and my shirts are getting a bit looser around my arms!

That´s awesome.. Keep on going- I would recommend drinking fruit juices instead of Coke Zero, it still have sugar, believe it or not. Try usiong this plan
