Exercising for 10 months, lost 20 pounds. Increased frequency of exercise, progress stops. Why?

Hi there, I hope you can help me (29F) out with this:

In August 2019 I started exercising regularly and eating healthier. That means I ran at least two times a week for about 40-60 minutes, allowed myself almost no fast food (max. once a month), added veggies to every lunch and reduced the amount of fat in my meals (less cheese/ cream). The scale is my sworn enemy so I only use it once a month not to ruin my motivation.

At first the progress was great, I didn't lose quickly but constantly, at least two pounds a month. Just so you know, my main motivation is my health; diabetes runs in my family and I am more likely to develop back problems due to my work as a preschool teacher.

Since March (thanks to Corona) I run three to four times a week (except for one week which I skipped because of joint pain), but somehow I stopped losing weight. I also started to do Yoga more often but more as a back and joints exercise, not to lose weight.

Maybe I am overreacting, I started at 180 and got down to 160, my health is great, I sleep better, all my clothes fit again, but this confuses me. I know muscles weigh more than fat and it might be possible that I lost fat but the gained muscle evened this out on the scale. But why would I start building muscle just now, after almost a year?

Thank you for reading, stay safe and stay healthy!
