I stopped exercising and dieting because I often felt so horrible and unmotivated to do so. I had lost connection with the fun of exercising because I was so focused on "losing weight". I had lost connection with dieting because of the quotes "if I truly loved myself I wouldn't want myself to change." I was trying to avoid the pain instead of trying to gain the pleasure because it truly DID hurt a lot. But that's the point of losing weight right ? You're supposed to feel the burn. I was so mixed and confused in these emotions, I decided to take a break in everything.
So I stopped.
I tried giving moderation to my diet. But now ? My eating habits are all over the place and I feel so out of control, I just want to breakdown and hid. I haven't been gaining any weight, I don't know why. I'm feeling really disgusted at my body lately, I don't know why.
I ate a big meal for dinner today and I'm literally so bloated right now. I can't look at my body, it's so big. I'm scared. It'll go away right ? What the hell happened ? Liquid is coming out of throat and it's burning my throat. I'm scared. This is temporary right ?
I can't believe I let myself stop dieting and exercising, what's wrong with me ? Why the hell did you have to stop ? Everything was going so well, you were losing weight and everything was going good, but you had to ruin everything didn't you ?
Help me.
